Gernert Studio Apartments is composed of 103 studio and one bedroom apartments but also has 72 garden style studios with wonderful grounds.  We have an active resident association and have a social services coordinator on site who promotes on average 20 events every month for the residents.  We offer free pool table, bicycles, movies and off street parking.  The high rise has balconies and fantastic views of the skyline of Nashville.  The cottages have front and rear porches with courtyard views.  We are a smoke free apartment complex and located between the Gulch and 12 Ave. S. which is a very desirable neighborhood in Nashville.
